I am military retiree living in the Hope Mils, NC area currently working as a DoD contractor on Fort Bragg. I have received my FAA Remote Pilot Certificate, with a Small UAS Rating, IAW 14 CFR Part 107.
My interest with drones started with my exposure to them while supporting users in my current job. As commercial drones became more available and affordable my interest with them grew pushing me into a becoming hobbyist. Support for drones and video in my current position required that I pursue my FAA part 107 in order to be legal in operating the drones in a non hobbyist way. My interest continued to grow as I identified new ways, to me, to utilize the drone which eventually pushed me into creating the company and providing limited Residential and Commercial Real Estate aerial photography and video service.

If you are looking for a one stop shop to deliver a well edited video with complex lighting including interior and exterior shots and video editing then look elsewhere. There are a lot of extremely talented professional photographers with drones which produce these types of products for a living.
If you are looking for affordable basic aerial photography of residential or commercial property for the purpose of marketing or asset management then I am a good fit. If you have a need for aerial photography and video, which is not real estate related, then I may still be able to help depending on the scope of the work. Todays drones are extremely sophisticated, capable of creating extremely crisp images and video requiring little to no editing.
